I'm going prefish to detetermine out some spot before i decide to do commit. Trout fishing in Miami isn't the best most of the time. A lot of shorts this time of the year. But i have a feeling with this major temp change,wind and cloudy skys i might find the usual suspects in my one spot! Now to find the GPS and cords!
Bring it bro... the more the merrier. Just lucked out. Hit my local spot that I haven't fished all summer and had a fun Saturday. Caught around 12 trout, 1 ladyfish, 1 needlefish and a giant pinfish (odd combination) nothing killer though. Went out Sunday and only caught 2 trout and the wind was a Beeoch. NiteStalker will be happy to know they were all caught on a DOA shrimp. Jump on in the water is fine.
Nice catch Spike but your time might be running out on that leader board! I'm going to do some trout scouting in a few days and determine if it will be a smart idea to jump in the tourney! Cross your fingers!
Caught at 2 local lakes one you can put kayaks and canoes in the rest only bank fishing. I caught aruond 15 20 in the kayak lake, but they were all small bank runners like the first 2 so I didn't take any more pix. Just entered the last one just to see what first place felt like.
If no one else enters this tourny will get called due to lack of interest. Anyone interested in keeping it a tourny sign up sure won't take much to beat my fish so far.
